Product Features
The sieve plate is tilted upward by 5°, and its rear part forms a 45° angle with the main plate, featuring a uniquely‑designed overall structure. It is suitable for processing fine‑grained minerals with large throughput and thorough dewatering. The embedded screen mesh allows easy replacement. Equipped with rubber buffers, the machine delivers long‑lasting durability. It achieves remarkable performance in tailings dewatering.
Selection Guidelines
– Material Properties: Material particle size, moisture content, density and abrasiveness determine the screen type, number of screen layers and vibration parameters.
– Processing Capacity: Select screen body size, number of layers and motor power according to the technically‑designed throughput.
– Screening Requirements: Ensure that the effects of dewatering, desliming or impurity removal meet production requirements and match the subsequent processes.
