Product Features
The GZ series electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used to feed lump, granular, or powdered materials from storage silos or hoppers to receiving devices in a continuous, uniform, or quantitative manner. The feed rate can be steplessly adjusted, enabling centralized and automatic process control. The feeder is compact, lightweight, easy to install, has no rotating parts, requires no lubrication, is easy to maintain, operates at high frequency, and consumes little electrical energy. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, light industry, power, machinery, and food industries. The feed rate is adjusted by regulating the current. This type of equipment has small amplitude and high frequency, and is not suitable for sticky or wet powdered materials.
Selection Guidelines
Select the appropriate model of the feeder based on the scale of the mineral processing plant and the operational requirements.
