The spiral feeder is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding of ore, tailings, concentrates, or powdered materials from silos, hoppers, or other storage containers to the next process stage (such as ball mills, crushers, or screening equipment). It also allows precise control of the feed rate: by adjusting the rotation speed of the spiral, the material flow can be regulated for quantitative feeding. It is suitable for handling granular, lump, or powdered materials.

Selection Guidelines
When selecting a spiral feeder, the following points should be considered:
-Capacity (t/h): Determine the spiral diameter, length, and rotational speed according to the designed daily processing capacity.

-Material properties: Particle size, density, moisture content, and abrasiveness of the material determine the spiral material, pitch, and surface treatment.

Power configuration: Select the motor power and type of reducer based on the spiral length and feed quantity.
