Product Features
The DZ Series Motor Vibrating Feeder is a new type of feeding equipment carefully developed by our engineering team. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, chemical, building materials, ceramics, abrasives, and grain. The feeder can uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously deliver lump, granular, or powder materials from storage bins to receiving equipment. It is suitable for automatic batching, quantitative packaging, and automated control.
Selection Guidelines
-Processing Capacity (t/h): Select the appropriate model, length, and vibration amplitude based on the designed daily processing capacity and continuous operation requirements.
-Material Properties: Material characteristics such as particle size, density, moisture content, and viscosity will affect the choice of vibration amplitude and feeding mode.
