Product Features
– The complete set of desorption-electrolysis system equipment includes: desorption column, electrolytic cell, electric heater, desorption solution tank, filter, electric control cabinet, rectifier cabinet, circulation pump, acid washing column, activated carbon regeneration kiln, etc.
– High-Efficiency Desorption Process:Desorption is performed at 150°C high temperature and 0.40–0.50 MPa high pressure. Compared with conventional systems, the temperature is 30–55°C higher and the pressure is 0.2–0.5 MPa higher. Desorption and electrolysis of loaded carbon can be completed within 12–14 hours, reducing working time by nearly threefold. Desorption rate reaches 98%–99.8%.
– Low Barren Carbon Grade:Barren carbon grade ≤30 g/t for over 80% of users; ≤50 g/t for over 95% of users.
– Short Desorption Time: Desorption-electrolysis at 150°C takes 8–10 hours, with the full cycle ≤16 hours, delivering high efficiency.
– Eco-Friendly Cyanide-Free Process:
• Adopts cyanide-free desorption technology — no NaCN required. Desorption solution can be recycled dozens of times, reducing production costs by over 50%.
• Non-toxic composite desorption reagent contains carbon activators, which regenerate and activate activated carbon, improving gold adsorption rate by 1%–6% and delivering significant economic benefits.
• The new cyanide-free composite desorption reagent is suitable for various types of difficult-to-desorb loaded carbon. Traditional equipment using only NaOH has poor adaptability to certain ores.
