XCF–KYF Combined Flotation Machine Unit

Both XCF and KYF models are aerated flotation machines. The XCF type has self-priming slurry capability and can serve as a suction tank, while the KYF type does not have self-priming capability and functions as a direct-flow tank. This enables horizontal arrangement of the tanks without requiring a foam pump.
The XCF-KYF flotation machine has the following features:
-Uses large-diameter conical impellers with short blade rotors, providing a simple structure, low wear, and high processing capacity.

-Low power consumption, saving 30%–50% energy compared with conventional flotation machines.

-Impellers are equipped with an air disperser in the middle, ensuring uniform bubble distribution, thorough mixing, and reduced reagent consumption by 10%–15%.

“U”-shaped tank design reduces slurry accumulation at the tank bottom, ensures good slurry circulation, and allows smooth restart even without emptying the tank after shutdown.

Selection Guidelines
1.When placing an order, in addition to specifying model and quantity, the flotation process must be provided, including:
-Configuration plan and feeding method;
– Number of scraper drive systems and drive direction (right-hand drive or left-hand drive);
– Number of feed boxes, intermediate boxes, and rough ore boxes.

2.Motor starting devices are not supplied with the equipment.

3.Gate plates are manufactured according to the company’s drawings. Large flotation machines use electrically operated gate plates.
