Product Features
The operation process is simple, and its performance is easy to master. With low investment, it can be used either as a single unit or in multiple units depending on site conditions. Similar to a ball mill, it functions in ore grinding, but without the need for steel balls. Instead, the ore or other materials are crushed by the rolling pressure between the mill rollers and the grinding ring at the bottom of the tank. Both the rollers and the grinding ring are made of high-chromium cast iron with special wear-resistant materials, ensuring durability.
The wet pan mill can be applied for processing gold, silver, lead, zinc, iron, molybdenum, copper, antimony, and other ores. In general, any ore that can be processed by a ball mill can also be processed by a wet pan mill.

Processing capacity and tank size: Select the appropriate diameter and tank volume based on the plant scale and daily processing capacity, ensuring production requirements are met.
