Product Features
The FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) spiral chute is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment with advanced domestic standards, successfully developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy. It is used for separating fine-grained minerals with a particle size of 0.3~0.02 mm, including iron, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold ore, coal ore, monazite, rutile, zircon, as well as other metallic and non-metallic minerals with sufficient specific gravity difference.

Selection Guidelines
-Match mineral properties: Select the pitch based on the density difference between the target mineral and gangue; select the chute cross-section according to the particle size of the mineral.
-Align with processing capacity and installation conditions: Choose the model based on the hourly processing capacity of the production line, and confirm on-site installation requirements such as floor height and load-bearing capacity.
