Single Spiral Classifier
Product Features
-In order to match with the ball mill’s drum feeder, a sand scraper is added so that the slurry flows laterally into the ball mill drum feeder.
-Some models of the classifier adopt rolling bearings instead of the original sliding bearings, which reduces friction resistance, avoids frequent replacement and maintenance of bearings, and use ZQ or ZL type gear reducers, thereby reducing installation and maintenance space.
-The lubrication components have been improved. Large-size products are equipped with grease pumps, ensuring reliable lubrication.
Selection Guidelines
-When ordering, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, the spiral direction of the classifier must also be indicated.
-When used in conjunction with the corresponding ball mill, extended types can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements (extended sand-return section or sedimentation section), and the extension length must be specified.
-The classifier is available with several rotation speeds. If the user has no special requirements, production will follow the conventional speed.
