SF-Flotation Machine
Product Features
This product can self-suck both air and slurry. The tank is front-tilted, which reduces sediment accumulation and facilitates foam recirculation. It adopts a double-blade impeller, providing effective agitation for coarse sand at the bottom. Features of this type of flotation machine include: large air intake, low energy consumption, horizontal layout without the need for a foam pump, low impeller peripheral speed, and long impeller cover life. The slurry undergoes a fixed upward and downward double circulation, which helps keep coarse particles suspended.
Selection Guidelines
1.When placing an order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, the flotation process must be provided, including the following information:
– Number of foam scraper drive systems;
– Flow direction of the concentrate.
2.The motor starting device is not supplied with the equipment.
The gate plate can be modified according to user requirements.
