Product Features
The NXZ Hydraulic Center Drive Thickener is mainly used for the clarification and concentration of coal slurry water or mineral pulp in mines to achieve the purpose of dewatering. It can also be applied in chemical, metallurgical, and other industries for solid-liquid separation. The main features are:
-Hydraulic drive with overload protection function.
-Large processing capacity and high concentration efficiency.
-Automatic rake lifting through hydraulic system, controlled by core PLC sensing pressure signals.
-Optional automatic dosing system.
-Simple transmission structure, convenient maintenance.
Selection Guidelines
-.Hydraulic automatic rake lifting with PLC automation control. Performance is superior to conventional thickeners, therefore it is the preferred option.
-The flocculant dosing system and the deaeration tank need to be ordered separately.
