Product Features
This machine is mainly used in large-scale concentrator crushing and classification workshops, as well as in cement, building materials, and related industries, for continuous and uniform feeding from the silo to the primary crusher.
Key features:
-The traction chain adopts a pitch plate pin-roller chain, offering excellent wear resistance, high tensile strength, and long service life.
-The overlapping arc-shaped chain plates effectively reduce material leakage.
-The conveying length is generally between 5–10 meters, with a maximum length not exceeding 20 meters.
Selection Guidelines
-Suitable for short-distance conveying and feeding of block materials with a particle size below 400 mm.
-Can be installed horizontally or at an inclination, with the maximum upward angle not exceeding 20°.
-Applicable for conveying materials with a bulk density of less than 2400 kg/m³, individual block weight below 500 kg, and temperature under 400°C.
