Product Features
This product is a side-driven (upper-driven) rectangular jigger. It features stable lamella layers and excellent separation performance. The diaphragm and transmission device are located on one side of the jigger chamber, facilitating easy maintenance.
It is widely used in the following scenarios:
-Gold ore dressing plants for recovering fine-grained high-grade ores;
-Placer gold mines for separating rough concentrates;
-Rock gold ore dressing plants (configured in the grinding and classification circuit) for early recovery of coarse free gold particles.
The improved version (Type A) adopts a water distribution valve design, where the transmission mechanism is linked to distribute water supply. With its unique and advanced structure, it achieves reasonable water replenishment.
Selection Guidelines
-When placing an order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, the screen hole size must also be indicated. If no specific requirement is provided, the product will be supplied with a 2mm screen hole by default.
-For the transmission model, if no special requirement is stated, the product will be manufactured as the left-hand type by default.
-The jigger chamber is available in single-hopper and double-hopper options for users to choose from; this must be clearly specified when placing an order.
