BF-Flotation Machine
Product Features
This product is an improved high-agitation flotation machine based on the SF type. It is equipped with a foam board, and the impeller consists of a closed double-conical structure, which can generate downward slurry circulation. It features high air intake and low power consumption. Each tank integrates air suction, slurry suction, and flotation functions, forming an independent flotation circuit without any auxiliary equipment. The machine is horizontally arranged, which facilitates process adjustments. The slurry circulation is optimized to minimize coarse sand deposition. It is equipped with automatic and electric slurry level control devices, making adjustments convenient. It is suitable for separating high-density minerals such as iron ore.
Selection Guidelines
1.When placing an order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, the flotation process must be provided, including the following:
– Feeding method;
– Number of scraper drive systems and drive direction (right-hand drive, left-hand drive);
-Any other special requirements.
2.Motor starting devices are not supplied with the equipment.
3.The gate plate structure can be modified according to user requirements.
